Saint Francis Pet Care Center in Tarpon Springs is now hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our AMAZING team!
Ideal candidate:
* Minimum 1-year experience in a veterinary setting required
* Possesses exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Proactive team player
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Possesses a positive attitude and emotional intelligence
* Interested in learning and growing with our company.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Greeting clients and patients
* Handling multiple phone lines
* Scheduling appointments and boarding reservations
* Process transactions
* Obtain patient histories
* Client education
* Maintain cleanliness of the hospital
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Avimark experience is recommended
* Ability to multi-task and be proactive
* Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.
* Close attention to detail is crucial
* Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner
